Federal agencies are now required to use the “Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)” for Improving Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity. CSF Profiles are a strategic risk management tool used to align targeted mission, business, and functional objectives and their processes and material assets to cybersecurity activities. A conceptual cybersecurity architecture metamodel can contribute by providing an end-to-end traceability between program processes, activities, functions, systems, services, interfaces, etc. and their required set of cybersecurity controls with respect to cyber threats, risks, vulnerabilities, adversaries, impacts, etc. This talk will present CSF Profiles and discuss the metamodel.
